he Alaska Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired
"The Alaska State Library Talking Book Center is a cooperative effort between the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, the Alaska State Library, and the Utah State Library to provide Alaskans who cannot read standard print with talking books and Braille service."
There are also many other services for children and adults, including story hours, virtual book clubs, and many different formats of library materials.
The Alaska State Library Talking Book Center and the Utah State Library Program for the Blind and Print Disabled work together to serve you. To request books or magazines, replace broken listening machines, ask reference questions, and get help with digital, BARD, Braille and large print library materials:

Assistive Technology of Alaska (ATLA)
Alaska's only comprehensive assistive technology (AT) resource center. Our statewide services are available for Alaskans of all ages and disabilities, or for those who are recovering from an injury or illness and need temporary solutions.
